Quality standards are in place to ensure we provide a consistent product and the highest levels of service are maintained. Industry specific benchmarks are identified and set into a quality system that is regularly audited internally, audited by customers and audited by BSI Management Systems (UK). Additional customer quality requirements are addressed and met prior to accepting an order. Company Directors take a personal interest in all aspects of Quality and regularly ask for feedback from customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Quality:
Orange Aero only source material from reputable approved suppliers who are regularly audited and monitored. All material is supplied with the assurance of a non incident statement and full trace as required. Centres of excellence are used to perform Overhaul activities and documented evidence is supplied to each facility, with each component, to ensure traceability and life statements are included on approved release certification. Material is stored within OEM recommended environmental limits. The environment is automatically controlled to ensure compliance. In addition to supplying material with approved release certification, additional paperwork includes statements of non incident, ‘back to birth’ documentation (where applicable) and a Certificate of Conformity.
Experienced Staff:
Employees are knowledgeable and experienced in their specific field of expertise. All members of staff are treated with respect, highly motivated, and work in a pleasant environment. Continually monitored for additional training requirements and encouraged to increase their knowledge and capabilities, each person is proactive in ensuring we supply the highest quality product and service on time, every time, and at a competitive price.
Resources:
All necessary resources are available at all times ensuring standards and procedures are adhered to. In addition to environmental controls, tooling, quality documentation, etc, a leading industry specific software package is used to ensure ease of access to information and flexibility to manage any requirement we may have quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Quality Approvals:
Regularly audited internally and externally, we hold approvals from OEM’s, overhaul
facilities and operators. Our typical scope to customers is the ‘supply of fully
traceable parts for use on commercial aircraft’. Our scope as audited by the BSI
is ‘Disassembly, stockholding and supply of aero gas turbine modules and components.
